Face wash + hair shampoo COMBO TRICK
Hey there, today I am just going share this information in English.
I'll keep this post quick, simple and fast, so that I can get back my work soon...
Alright.
Recently, I actually got a new hair shampoo which labelled as sulphate-free, paraben-free,....and free of two more ingredients which I don't remember...
I used it for few days and alternated it with my old normal shampoo (which is not sulphate-free bla bla bla ....
After I used the new hair shampoo alone for few days without alternating my old shampoo,
My scalp got really oily....
I even noticed some bumps on my scalp due to excess oil based on my inference.
So, I decided to use my old effective trick to cure my oily scalp....
Once, when I forgot to bring shampoo to a shared shower room,
I used my face wash to wash my scalp and hair instead due to emergency..
Of course, the face wash was not too good for washing my scalp and hair,
but it was fair enough to make my scalp and hair less greasy than before.
This got me thinking: since our face is connected to our scalp, why not try using face wash on both?
After Googling a bit, I learned that our face and scalp have different cleansing and moisturizing needs, so it’s best to use separate products for each.
Additionally, people with sensitive skin or specific scalp and hair conditions may require different specialised products suited to their unique skin, scalp, and hair needs.
Okay, fine, I accept this reasoning.
However, my scalp seems to be quite adaptive to shampoos.
After using the same shampoo for just a few days, it seems to become less effective at cleansing.
Even though I wash my scalp and hair every day, my scalp quickly gets accustomed to the product,
and the cleaning effect isn’t as good as it was initially.
As a result, my scalp becomes extremely greasy by the next morning,
while my hair remains dry and not greasy.
In this case, I may need to buy two different types of shampoo for my daily routine.
By alternating between them, I can prevent my scalp from adapting too quickly to any one formula,
which should help maintain a better cleansing effect over time.
However, I can't decide which new hair shampoo to buy.........
So tonight, I decided to mix a bit of my face wash with my old hair shampoo to wash my scalp and hair.
In fact, this trick always gives me a solid 9 out of 10 in terms of cleansing my super greasy scalp.
Since my scalp is already used to both my old and new shampoos,
I need something extra to boost the cleansing power—hence the addition of face wash.
The results are good, I am satisfied.
Just wanted to share this little trick with my readers hahaha....
Bye until next time. 👍😆
